Arief Yahya, Telkom CEO, and Bien Subiantoro, CEO of Bank Jabar signed Memorandum of Cooperation of the Sinergy of Products and Services Utilization between Telkom Group and Bank BJB (19/12). Located at Hotel Grand Hyatt, Telkom and Bank BJB had agreed to work together as the implementation of Information & Communication Technology (ICT) services in the aspect of Branchless Banking, e-Payment (T-Money), Remittance; EDC Managed Service, EDC over GPRS / Access Point Net; Office Automation: e-Learning, e-Office, and e-Lab; Provision of voice, data, Internet, CCTV Survailence, Data Center / DRC, and CUG Telkomsel; Integrated Marketing Communication, Training & Development / Assessment / Online Survey.
Also attending were Telkom Director of Enterprise & Business Service, Muhammad Awaluddin, Telkom EGM Enterprise Division, Siti Choirina, and some Directors of Telkom Group Subsidiaries. From BJB, attending were A. Riawan Amin, CEO of Bank BJB Syariah, and Mochamad Mujib Mas’ud, Consumer Director of Bank BJB Syariah.
During his speech, Telkom CEO, Arief Yahya, said that Telkom and Bank BJB carried different superiority that could contribute to and synergize between one another so that both could be bigger in their scales, broader in their scopes, and better in their skills.
BJB CEO, Bien Subiantoro, also agreed with the notion that the core competencies from each companies were different. Based on this, Bien hoped that the synergy and collaboration between TELKOM and Bank BJB could realize the vision of Bank BJB to be one of 10 Biggest Bank in Indonesia.
